Savannah Sunset almost quilted

First of all I don't have a good working washer or dryer, so the quilt is covered in lint.  Second of all it was extremely hard to get a good picture with my camera.  I will try to take more later since my blood is boiling now.  Time to call it quits on this one for awhile.

Do you use software to pixelate your images before you start, work it out from a picture as you go, or work completely from your imagination?

This one I used a picture that I loved, and imported the colors into EQ manually where I thought they looked the best. EQ does have a picture thing on there, but I don't like it.
I used the picture to get the shape. This was a very loose translation of the picture. The majority of my quilts are from my imagination.. like the other landscape one that I did with the leafs, and the lake. The majority of my projects are designs that I made up from scratch.
