Baby Quilt finished Quilting

I have been busy working on finishing up projects.  I added more pictures to the finished quilts page which I am not going to show again in a post.  It gets boring looking at the same things over and over.  This one needs binding and then it will be completed.

Two different Layout Options for the baby quilt

I made two different designs for this cute whimsical fabric that I was given to make into a donation quilt.  I am hoping I can get two quilts out of these fabric squares.  I have two of each print.

Donation Baby Quilt (Top)

Please disregard the extra fabric on one of the stars.  It just ended up there when I took the picture.  It won't be sewn into the quilt.

Donation Baby Quilt

I knew the backing was going to be a close fit, but it was really off.  I had to cut the front to line up with the backing, and pray for the best that I can get it even when I put the binding on.  I will square it up then.  Not happy right now, hopefully it can be salvaged.  I had a hard time quilting this because the needle kept falling out of the machine.. I haven't sewn in about a week; so, this is not surprising.  Hopefully one day I will be able to make something I am not ashamed of.   The quilting was done freehand again, I hate drawing.

Baby Girl Quilt 2

Baby Girl Quilt

I was bored, so I designed this today.  I have been working on the cube quilt, and it is going very slow.
I will show a progress picture soon.

Bambi and Friends Wall Hanging.. hand sew binding, and it will be complete

When my daughter was a baby, each year I would make a counted cross stitch project, and frame it for her.  I did a lot of Disney Themes.  I decided to convert this one into a wall hanging.  I made everything from start to finish without a pattern.
