Made and designed for a close friend in 2008 Healing Moments for me now

I designed and made this quilt for a friend 2 years ago.  She had two sayings that meant a lot to her that I decided to include in her lap quilt.  They also mean alot to me now.

Strength is born in the long silence of long suffering hearts, not amidst Joy.

If tears could bring a stairway and memories a lane, I would walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Those are both quotes, but my keyboard is not working right to add the quotation marks.
